The chef line-up includes: Anthony Zhao (Holy Cow Hot Pot & Mi Xiang Yan), Elijah Holland (Botanik & Oysterlicious), Frederik Rassmusen (Apollo), Kim Melvin (Commune Social & Together), Holy Lian (Ji Pin Court), Joshua Moroney (C Pearl), Christopher Taylor (Oysterlicious) and Matt Dean Petit (Matty's Seafood).
