Bird is offering a contemporary twist to Christmas with three specials in addition to their à la carte menu on Monday December 24th. Chef Chris Zhu will be serving up bone marrow with chimichurri (RMB128), roasted tomahawk served with mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables (RMB898), roasted chicken stuffed with eight-treasure rice, served with mashed potatoes and baby carrots (RMB398, recommend to preorder).
