Legendary chef Pierre Gagnaire is making a special appearance at Capella Shanghai Jian Ye Li. The man behind the one Michelin-starred restaurant le Comptoir de Pierre Gagnaire, will present a range of traditional French dishes styled with his signature contemporary finesse during his guest appearance.

Chef Gagnaire will be serving up his extraordinary culinary creations until November 4. Highlights of his visit include the Le Menu Chic Autumn 2018 from 6pm-10pm until November 2 and Le Brunch on November 3-4 at noon. 

Chef Gagnaire is one of the world’s most lauded Michelin chefs and a celebrated French culinary icon. He was awarded 'Best Chef in the World 2015' by Le Chef magazine. le Comptoir de Pierre Gagnaire is Chef Gagnaire’s first restaurant in Chinese mainland Since its conception, he has personally nurtured a talented team to bring his vision to life.
