The imminent arrival of autumn brings with it a cooler climate, a beautiful array of falling golden leaves and of course, a new seasonal menu at Pelham’s.
Created using fresh seasonal produce, the new autumn menu allows guests to say goodbye to summer and indulge in a selection of healthy, hearty, expertly prepared dishes.
At the start of the new menu lies an incredible Lobster Grape Vine. Flown in fresh from the shores of Boston, this lobster comes served with a lime and soy dressing designed to balance the sweetness of seafood. Plated alongside the lobster lies an arrangement of beautifully prepared tomatoes, muskmelon and Muscat jelly balls, each individually shaped to resemble a collection of grapes on a vine.
