In spite of his Peruvian eatery being closed in June, chef Carlos Sotomayor has been highly active in the Shanghai scene. He's appeared at venue's all over, including Cages where he served up the culinary delights that made Ekeko a hit.
Sotomayor now heads to Highline, where he'll showcase an authentic Nikkei dinner. It's a six-course meal that includes tuna and sea urchin tiradito, a salmon and lump crab ceviche, chicken skin with nori and eel sauce, a brown rice bowl with soy braised pork belly and egg and a sesame cake with chocolate and yuzu. At RMB398 per person.
Please call Highline at 6333 0176 in order to make a reservation.
