Right now 120 kg of beautiful plump clams are resting in the cool pristine Pacific waters off the coast of Vancouver, unaware of their pending fate. On Saturday night they land in Shanghai. On Sunday and Monday they’re in your bowl at The Cannery with mugs and jugs of beer.
