Alongside a multi-course paired dinner menu, Alan-san will introduce a balanced and diverse range of 4 different types of quality sake.  You will learn the meticulous process of brewing sake from rice and water and Alan-san will teach you how to smell and taste the subtle flavors so that you can more fully appreciate just how delicate and beautiful sake can be.
