Roxie is hosting a rope event, and everyone is welcome. An evening with workshops and rope art performance! Come meet, greet and share our love of rope. You don’t need a partner to attend, but it’s a good idea to find one in advance to ensure you get to do some tying. You don't need to bring ropes, but if you have some, bring them; the more ropes, the more fun.
Doors open at 7pm to meet, talk, and maybe even find a connection with somebody.
Peer rope tying starts at 7.30pm. The workshop focusing on the basics of ropework and rope safety as well as on skill-sharing between more experienced riggers.
9pm is the rope jam. Rope bondage enthusiasts gather to have sessions and work on their tying skills. The difference of this event to a peer rope session is that the emphasis is not on sharing knowledge and peer learning, but on individual expression and artistry.
