Maya will be hosting an Easter brunch for RMB175 per person. The brunch includes a bountiful appetizer & dessert buffet as well as one choice from a la carte main courses. We will also be offering freeflow drinks of sparkling wine & mimosas for an extra RMB150 per person, classic margarita freeflow for RMB165/person and freeflow sangria and Sol beer for RMB125/person.
Buffet dishes will include:
Chips & 4 salsas bar, spiced chicharrones, chorizo & potato taquitos with chipotle cream, spinach salad with home-made bacon and hibiscus reduction, seabass ceviche with passionfruit, guajillo & cilantro, chiken thighs in pumpkin seed mole, spiced corn soup with blackened chicken, MAYA tres leches cake & strawberry champagne gelle
Mains will include:
Chorizo scotch egg w/ watercress, roasted potato & chipotle hollandaise
Crispy codcake w/ poached egg spinach and chilli hollandaise
MAYA breakfast burrito w/ egg, refried beans, potato & guacamole
Bunuelos w/ palm sugar syrup, whipped cream & fresh fruit salsa
French toast w/ salted caramel, bananas & candied nuts
MAYITA will be offering up a few Easter a la carte specials also.
