As the Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai's flagship all-day dining restaurant, Tables enjoys both indoor and al fresco seating at its distinctive round tables. Food comes straight from the open kitchen, with chefs preparing a range of cuisines both Asian and Western. Head of kitchen is Canadian chef Bradley Hull, with mixologist Henry Bakker whizzing up craft cocktails. At weekends the famous free-flow martini brunch has retained its popularity as one of Shanghai's best 'boozy brunches.'
