Café Studio Description

Start off the day with an extensive breakfast display with traditional Shanghainese daily specials, Asian and Western morning favourites, and fresh and healthy selections.  

For lunch and dinner, sample the creative talents of Chef Matteo and his team, fresh seafood raw bar, antipasti and salads, carved to order premium cuts of imported meat, grilled and oven roasted fish, and succulent sides, and a sumptuous dessert buffet from our passionate pastry team.  

All this is influenced by Chef Matteo’s extensive Italian culinary experience, working in restaurants from an early age, from his home in Piedmont in the North all the way to Sicily in the south.

Breakfast buffet (buffet and à la carte) 6:30 am – 10:30 am
Lunch buffet (buffet and à la carte) 11:30 am  – 2:30 pm
Dinner (Italian à la carte) 5:30 pm – 11:00 pm
Open daily 6:30 am – 11:00 pm
