Opened by Japanese pâtissier Takeshi Shibata in 2009, Chez Shibata has won over Shanghai's dessert connoisseurs with their dainty and refined celebration cakes, éclaires, tartes and pâtisserie. Particularly popular is the matcha éclaire, which has a tendency to sell-out by the afternoon.
