Modern Art Kitchen Description
Owned by Modern Media, Modern Art Kitchen is a Chinese-Antipodean fusion concept that has taken over space from casual Aussie joint, Kakadu. Kakadu's James Sing is on board as a consultant and some of the most popular Kakadu dishes such as the burger and roast chicken share menu space with Peking Duck from Da Dong and The Coffee Academics brews.
