One of Shanghai's most elegant and exclusive fine dining restaurants, Coquille is a seafood bistro – the second restaurant opened by former financier John Liu (the first being Scarpetta next door). The menu contains a substantial number of fresh, raw seafood, as well as meatier dishes for entrees too. The kitchen is now helmed by one of Shanghai's brightest culinary talents: Patrick Leano.
