Sushi Oyama is an upscale Japanese restaurant, serving an omakase (chef's choice, prix fixe) menu by eponymous chef Takeo Oyama that changes with the seasons. Ingredients used are of exxcellent quality, often being flown in directly from the fish markets of Japan, and the restaurant benefits from an extensive menu of imported sakes.
When booking, be sure to request seats at the bar where you can experience the full view of Oyama's knife techniques and precise cooking methods.
