It is the right way for dawdlers to eat crabs, except the time to attack those preserved in wine for which hands are required to use.
Xinguang is the very first restaurant under Fang Liang offering crab feast. Diners, most returned, would order the Drunk Crab. Raw and ‘drunk’ crabs perfectly balanced in sweet/salty wine are most palatable for locals, who thus rated this course as the best in town.
Others worthy of mentioning are Fried Crab Legs with Asparagus, in which legs are deshelled for trouble-free devouring, and Shark’s Fin Braised with Crab Meat etc.
