Guangzhou F&B Community Reacts to New COVID-19 Case Cluster

It’s been a less than ideal month for Guangzhou residents, to say the least. Fortunately, when local COVID-19 cases started popping up in the city in late May, we saw Guangzhou take the appropriate measures to limit the spread of new cases.

While safety is the most important matter, the negative impact that anti-epidemic prevention and control measures can have on a city or region is undeniable. 

In recent weeks, restaurants across Guangzhou have had to close down, suspend dine-in services, reduce operating hours, or take some other means to keep customers safe and the city COVID-free.

We reached out to multiple familiar faces in the Guangzhou F&B community to learn how they’ve battled this recent case cluster and hear their messages to loyal patrons.
