If you’ve been delaying the purchase of your Santa Pub Crawl ticket, delay no more: Tickets are nearly sold out! And once they are all gone, that’s it for this year (no tickets will be available at the door).
While tickets for the event are completely sold out at Morgan’s Public House, there are still some available at Hooley’s and Rebel Rebel. Each ticket costs RMB300 and includes free flow wine, bubbly and beer at some of Guangzhou’s hottest nightlife spots (additional ‘surprise’ drinks will also be provided at the venues). There will also be finger foods and live entertainment at some of the venues, and transportation between each participating bar is provided.

Like previous years, all proceeds from the event will be donated to charity. In 2018, the Santa Pub Crawl welcomed over 300 attendees and raised RMB28,000 for a charitable cause. (And let’s be real: Getting drunk and being charitable are what Christmas is all about!)
This year’s Santa Pub Crawl will start at Morgan’s at 6pm on November 30, and buses will leave to the next location at 7.30pm, sharp! The rest of the itinerary is a closely guarded secret, although we can attest: This year’s boozy roster is an all-star lineup.

Now, one last extremely important point: People who do not arrive at the event in full costume will not be allowed to board the buses or participate in the event, a Santa hat will not cut it. Don’t be a Grinch: Snag yourself a ticket and cheap Santa costume on Taobao and prepare for one of our fair city’s most memorable and popular holiday outings!

Before we wrap this up, though, we want to take a minute to thank the sponsors for this year’s event, without their help this event would not be possible: Vedett, Grimbergen, Brooklyn Brewery, Grand Mercure, Mercuris Fine Wines, The Wine People, Stone Brewing, Park Hyatt Guangzhou and Conrad Guangzhou.
For more information on this year’s event, see this previously published article from That’s.
