A 26-year-old man was detained by Guangzhou police on November 7 after he poked a woman in the head with his exposed penis while riding the city’s metro system, according to Beijing News.

The molestation took place on a train heading from Zhujiang New Town Station to the Canton Tower Station on Guangzhou Metro Line 3. Upon realizing that the man, surnamed Ma, had invaded her personal space with his unsheathed member, she reportedly confronted him while filming their interaction on her cellphone.

In the footage captured by the victim, Ma can be seen wearing long pants with his fly unzipped. The woman accuses Ma of poking her head with his wiener (we assume she was squatting), but he claims that he didn’t remove his genitals from his pants. He does apologize for his open zipper, though.

According to Southern Weekend, the assaulted woman failed to prevent Ma from leaving the subway carriage when it arrived at Canton Tower Metro Station, although police were able to identify and arrest him the following day. As a result of his actions, Ma was put under administrative detention.

In October, a man was sentenced to six months in jail for molesting two women on the Shanghai Metro. The case was the first instance where a molester operating on public transport was given a criminal sentence.
