Electronic music artist, composer and sound designer Shao is slated to give Guangzhouers a techno treat at Artcle this Saturday. As the first Chinese artist to sign with legendary Berlin techno label Tresor Records, Shao has built a name for himself by interweaving techno jams with a diverse range of sounds. Also performing on the evening are Duan and Yang.

At 14, he started collecting music and developed a passion for acid jazz, funk and disco after a trip to the Big Apple in the late ’90s. Swing by Brasston this Saturday evening to hear his sets – deep baselines and groovy sounds from soul to acid jazz, ranging from garage to disco, funk to deep house. Keep the flow going this weekend at this dance-tastic show.
