Have you ever been plogging? No? Well now is the time to try it!

The Swedish fitness craze, which is simply jogging, while also picking up litter, is arguably the best way to stay in shape while saving the world. Sounds pretty cool, right?

This month, HolaLife is bringing plogging to Guangzhou with an awesome event happening at Baiyun Mountain. Join them on a 5-kilometer trail through some of Guangzhou’s beautiful natural scenery, which will kick off at Aoshen Sports Park. Aside from the plogging adventure of a lifetime, HolaLife will have fun activities and games for all ages, with an MC also at the helm to hype up the crowd and make this event one to remember.

Participants can also check out the plogging carnival, which includes an Easter egg hunt, F&B booths, arts and crafts, fun exercise routines, chats about environmental issues and a whole lot more!

In previous events, the masterminds at HolaLife brought in experts on the environment to discuss safe ways to pick up trash as well as outdoor safety. This run for nature will be more of the same, offering up an abundance of information for guests to come away with, making it a great experience for your family and friends group.
