The team at the Grand Hyatt Guangzhou have just announced a gastronomic celebration unlike any other we have yet to witness in Guangzhou: Heel’s Kitchen 2018.
A cheeky play on Hell’s Kitchen, a popular American reality show hosted by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, Heel’s Kitchen will be the hotel’s first-ever female-only culinary event. While men are allowed to attend the event, you won’t find any in the kitchen – all the dishes are prepared by talented female chefs.
Inspired by the ‘Fearless Girl’ bronze sculpture (an art installation that was placed in front of the famous ‘Charging Bull’ statue outside the New York Stock Exchange), Heel’s Kitchen aims to honor female professional development and encourage the growth of female chefs.
The culinary event will run from December 7-9 and feature an array of different activities and meals for hungry Guangzhouers to enjoy, including daily cooking classes, VIP lunches and dinners and three tantalizing afternoon teas. For further details, view the schedule below or click here. (To book your spot at this memorable culinary celebration, scroll to the bottom of this post).
