The gourmet dinner menu features seared Hokkaido scallops, oven-baked traditional Beef Wellington wrapped with Parma ham and mixed wild mushrooms, grilled tiger prawns and squid ink risotto with clams and calamari, among numerous other delectables. The dinner menu is composed of an appetizer, main course and dessert, with multiple options for each course. All menu items are made with tea and guests can also enjoy a free flow of teas.
