With the launch of the Shangri-La Hotel, Guangzhou’s new menu at Ribs there has never been a better excuse to stuff your face full of delicious, mouthwatering meat!

With a focus on Australian beef, the menu boasts 35-day dry aged Australian wagyu beef, four types of 300-day grain fed Australian black angus steak, selected ribs and a lot (and we repeat: a lot) more exciting culinary delights presented by Executive Chef Scott Henderson.
