White Collar Fight Night Arrives in Guangzhou

Rocky Marciano vs. Jersey Joe Walcott, Sugar Ray Leonard vs. Tommy Hearns, Muhammad Ali vs. Joe Frazier III and Christopher ‘Grewy’ Grewcock vs. Jatin ‘Jay’ Singh – all great matchups, although that last one has yet to transpire and can be witnessed live at next month’s White Collar Fight Night debut in Guangzhou!

You’ve probably already heard about the event by now (it’s kinda been the talk of the town), but just in case you haven’t, here are the details.

The brainchild of fitness fanatic John Graham, White Collar Fight Night sees everyday employees trade the cubicle or classroom for the boxing ring.

After two successful fight nights in Shenzhen, the event is launching in Guangzhou on Saturday, October 21, where eight different bouts will entertain guests as they wine, dine and participate in the GIVES charity auction.

White Collar Fight Night has previously been described by organizers as “a way the business elite of the city can come together, have a friendly scrap and, at the same time, network and promote their business in the city. And, most importantly, support a meaningful charity [GIVES].”

GIVES (Guangdong International Volunteer Expat Service) works closely with all parts of the international community and has invested considerable time helping autistic centers across the province, including Guangzhou Zhi Ling Training School, Baiyun Autism Rehabilitation Service Center, Hai Tong Autism Rehabilitation Service Center and Tai Yang Chuan Autism Rehabilitation Service Center.
