Guangzhou Sina Office Evacuated After Bomb Threat

On November 23, the building managers at Teem Tower received an anonymous call about a bomb threat on the 39th floor. Suspected to be in Sina's office, a explosive detection team rushed to kick out 400 Sina employees. 

For safety measures, police, firefighters and ambulances also appeared on scene, according to Tencent News. 

Unable to find anything suspicious, the Sina workers were able to return to their office at 3pm as officers searched the surrounding area. The police are currently searching for the mysterious prank caller, whom netizens suspect was a Sina employee who wanted a break from work.
