Depending on the chef, it may come with meat – or no meat, heat – or mild and sweet. With such a wide array of possible ingredients, creating a truly delicious chili is something of an art form.
Now, you may be reading this and thinking, "I’m a chili master, these guys don’t know what they are talking about." Well hey hotshot, time to put your money where your mouth is and sign up for this year’s Chili Cook-Off! The event will take place on March 19 in Shenzhen, at Coyote’s Mexican Cantina Shekou, and on March 26 in Guangzhou, at the legendary McCawley’s Irish Pub.
