If you haven’t already got the memo, the K2Fit Ultimate You Challenge is upon us. If you plan to participate, you still have 10 days to register (registration deadline September 11).
If you are unfamiliar with the K2Fit Challenge, it is a 10-week fitness and health challenge organized by Kara Wutzke.
The aim of the program, according to Wutzke, is to create the ‘ultimate you.’
If you are interested in losing weight, toning up, or just getting healthier, then this challenge is a great way to spend the next two and a half months.
