If you haven’t already got the memo, the K2Fit Ultimate You Challenge is upon us. If you plan to participate, you still have 10 days to register (registration deadline September 11).

If you are unfamiliar with the K2Fit Challenge, it is a 10-week fitness and health challenge organized by Kara Wutzke.

The aim of the program, according to Wutzke, is to create the ‘ultimate you.’

If you are interested in losing weight, toning up, or just getting healthier, then this challenge is a great way to spend the next two and a half months.

With over RMB25000 in cash and prizes to be won, there has never been a better time to get in shape. If you are the least bit skeptical, consider that as part of the program you will receive an all-encompassing training program with workouts, nutritional guidance and recipes, as well as motivational emails to keep your head focused on your goals.

According to Wutzke’s website the K2Fit Challenge has been running for two years and was designed to help Guangzhouers lead a healthier lifestyle and achieve their fitness goals.
