He has held senior positions at leading properties of luxury hotel brands including Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La, etc. With more than three decades of experience in pastry, he is most well-known for his creative combination of Chinese and Western culture that crafts innovative pastries from seasonal ingredients.

Treat yourself to the exquisite pink peach and jasmine choux, cherry tower and ruby red roselle scone which make for a delicious and photogenic special treat at Ebony.
