Noteworthy American conductor Michael Stern will be conducting a makeshift orchestra consisting of some 80 young, Chinese and oversea Chinese musicians at the last day of this year’s Guangdong International Youth Music Week. Expect a range of classics from Bach and a secret program performed by renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma.
