The 8th New Zealand Week has kicked off on November 1, with 60 New Zealand brands participating this year. The two-week event is being held in five Chinese cities where participating retailers, cafes, restaurants and hotels are offering New Zealand specials. Kapa haka, meaning traditional performing arts in Maori, is a distinct cultural experience from New Zealand, and the beloved Raukura Kapa Haka from New Zealand will be wowing patrons at the Happy Monk with authentic waiata songs, poi dance and the powerful haka.
