Summer Palace, the Michelin Plate-winning Chinese restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel, Guangzhou is sharing a culinary journey to the hometown of Confucius. “Confucious cuisine,” based on Shandong cuisine, is a special style of cooking and presenting food. A seasoned chef is invited to the restaurant to present some of the most popular dishes in “Confucious cuisine.”
Prices for à la carte items start from RMB28 and set menus from RMB688.
