Hilton hotels in Guangzhou, Foshan and Heyuan are presenting their chefs’ signature dishes at seven different locations from July to August. Popular dishes include crispy chicken with black truffle sauce, roasted Alaska black cod with scrambled egg white, Mandarin fish with chicken superior soup, slow-cooked beef with beer and herbs, braised zucchini with dried seafood and crab soup, among others. More excitingly for Chinese foodies, three dishes which were winners at a cooking competition held by Hilton are also on offer.
