Beijing pianist Wu Muye is eulogized as ‘gold finger,’ often performing for esteemed audiences around the world. Having picked up the craft at the age of 4, Wu has made his mark in the music world, even helping China and France strengthen ties by tickling the ivories at the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries. This month, Wu will take over the Guangzhou Opera House to play some of Schubert’s finest pieces.
