After its successful debut last Dragon Boat Festival, the Pearl River Open Day organized by Guangzhou Dragons, a local dragon boat team made up of a motley crew of environmentally conscious individuals, is set on June 16. To be held at Haizhu Wetland Park, this year’s edition has a great deal of experiences to offer. Expect stalls offering food, fitness and health products and more, as well as games and dragon boat paddling. Experts on the Pearl River ecology are invited to enlighten attendees. There are 300 free tickets available.
