As part of this year’s Francophonie Festival special events in South China, Good France Tasting, in concert with dozens of distinguished restaurants in Guanghzou, Shenzhen, Xiamen and Sanya, will present the art of French cuisine in specially designed menus and a range of prices. These restaurants were selected by 15 world renowned chefs and their special menus focus on the minimal use of salt, sugar and oil and maximum use of vegetable and grain, while remain the diversity, chic presentation as well as quality of dishes.
