After opening three restaurants in Suzhou of Jiangsu Province and two in Shanghai, in the span of 6 years, the Neapolitan cuisine specialist Mama Mia decided to make a move into Southern China, hence its first sub-branch in Guangzhou. The restaurant has an Italian attitude to it, which is maintained by its manager Federico Appiano who has been trying to bring about friendly vibe by offering discount or small gifts to first-timers. Created by experienced Italian chef Carmine D’Arienzo, Mammamia’s menu features time-honored, homemade Neapolitan dishes that are authentic in every bite.
