The Butcher's Block Description

Owned and operated by the McCawley's group, this restaurant butchers its own meat, turning whole portions of pig and cow into sausages, bacon and, juiciest of all, steaks. Meat is grilled in a specialized Josper charcoal oven and then served up with a range of sauces and sides.
