This summer, I-O-N Wong Chuk Hang launches its ‘Vietnam Flavour Bonanza’ buffet, offering an immersive journey through the country’s vibrant culinary landscape. 

Running from August 1 to October 31, 2025, the buffet celebrates the zesty, aromatic, and coastal delights of Vietnamese cuisine.

The buffet begins with a selection of refreshing appetisers. Highlights include Shrimp Sashimi in Lime and Fish Sauce—marinated in a tangy-sweet blend with herbs—alongside Vietnamese Cabbage & Chicken Salad tossed in a fish sauce vinaigrette. The Crispy Seafood Net Spring Rolls offer a crunchy bite, filled with prawns and squid and served with a sweet and spicy dip.

Seafood takes center stage at the buffet’s hot dish counters. Phu Quoc Black Pepper Crab, served at dinner, brings bold heat with its signature stir-fry style. Grilled Oysters Vietnamese-style are elevated with smoky house-made sauces and scallions, while Roasted Prawns with Pepper and Salt deliver umami punch with every bite. For a richer experience, Braised Clams with Coconut provide creamy comfort, and the Spicy Sour Mussels balance heat and acidity in a bold broth.

Beyond seafood, guests can enjoy a rotating selection of signature Southeast Asian dishes and a dedicated noodle bar, featuring fresh noodles paired with house-made broth from Aberdeen’s renowned Yau Kee. A Chilled Seafood Selection adds a refreshing note to the experience.

The meal concludes with a D24 Durian Dessert Experience. Signature treats include Baked Durian Cheese Pudding—baked until creamy and golden—alongside Durian Cheese Tarts and silky Durian Panna Cotta drizzled with gula melaka.

Beverages include free-flow soft drinks, with chilled beer available at HKD38 per glass.
