After a period of reimagination, Duke’s at The Langham, Shenzhen has reopened with a refreshed vision, marking its return as one of the city’s most elegant destinations for wine and grill dining.
On May 15 and 16, Duke’s hosted a Pop-up Dinner Event featuring acclaimed Italian chef Alessandro, who curated a menu centered on premium beef cuisine.
The event signaled a new beginning for the venue, blending fine dining, curated vintages, and live music into a multisensory experience.
Moving forward into the summer season, Duke’s introduces a refined evening menu built around premium ingredients and elevated techniques.
Highlights include Freshly Shucked Tarbouriech Oysters, prized for their subtle aroma and oceanic flavor, and Hand-Chopped Beef Tartare, crafted from Grade 2 Wagyu and enhanced with a hint of brandy.
The Italian Lobster Ravioli is served in bisque with lobster roll and tail for a complete seafood experience, while the Classic Beef Wellington combines foie gras and truffle sauce in a timeless preparation.
Guests can also enjoy the Steak and Chips with M5 Wagyu, or share a Dry-Aged Angus Tomahawk, grain-fed for 270 days and selected for its intense flavor and tenderness.
Dessert arrives with the Tahiti Vanilla Mille-Feuille—a golden, layered finish to the meal.
Live music now accompanies the dining experience every Friday and Saturday evening, with performances that add ambiance and rhythm to the evening atmosphere.
Guests are invited to enjoy a blend of sound and flavor that elevates the dining ritual.
Located on level 3 of The Langham, Shenzhen, Duke’s is inspired by the classic design of European gentlemen’s clubs.
The space features dark wood, fine leather, polished flooring, and an open-flame grill that brings culinary action into the dining room.
The venue also houses one of the largest wine cellars in the city and frequently hosts live jazz and contemporary art events, continuing its role as a cultural and gastronomic hub in Shenzhen.
