Officially launched on May 9, 2025, this stunning venue was created in collaboration with the acclaimed Spirits Architects team, bringing a fresh, nature-inspired twist to the city’s vibrant bar scene.

The bar’s concept centers around a one-of-a-kind 'Perfume Lab' experience, where cocktails are crafted as fragrant compositions, each with a unique story to tell.

At the heart of this new hotspot is its 'The First Scent' unveiling event, where guests are invited into an immersive world of aromas and flavors.

As they pass through the elegant bronze doors, they are transported into a sensory haven, where 12 exquisitely crafted cocktails await.

Each drink is inspired by the delicate layers of perfume—top, middle, and base notes.

The cocktails in the 'top notes' category, like Zest!, Honey Suckle Sunrise, and After Sun, are light, bright, and refreshing, mirroring the sunny zest of citrus fruits.

Moving into the richer, more complex 'heart notes,' guests will find Azure, Ruby, and Oasis, each offering deeper layers of flavor, with Oasis capturing the peaceful energy of a cucumber and aloe vera blend.

Finally, the base notes bring depth and warmth to the experience, with cocktails like Smoky Venom, Provence, and Angel's Share leaving a lasting impression, embodying the heart and soul of the bar’s creative vision.

Designed with a tranquil and expansive rooftop concept, the St. Regis Astor Terrace Bar seamlessly blends its indoor and outdoor spaces.

The striking central bar, shaped like a cylindrical pavilion, serves as the focal point of the space, drawing attention with its elegance while complementing the twinkling city skyline.

Surrounding the bar are lush tropical plants and inviting terracotta seating, creating a serene oasis in the heart of the city.
