In an effort to further stifle the libidos of a nation, China is bringing down the whip on sexual content shared via WeChat.

The latest move by the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) warns against the sharing of sexual content including - but not limited to - explicit pictures, animation, and text in reference to "one-night stands, wife-swapping, sexual abuse, and other harmful information." Lechers found in violation of these terms will suffer the consequences.

WATCH: China has an official internet censorship song, and it just got censored

First-time offenders will have their accounts deactivated for a week, and repeat offenders banned permanently on strike four. This applies in particular to public accounts.

Also on the radar are accounts sending out advertisements for sexual performance-enhancing or STD treatment products.

So watch out how you've slinging those winky faces left, right and center: WeChat will no longer tolerate your hanky-panky nonsense.
