It is the title that every city wants. But there can be only one. Arise Ningbo - Sex Doll Manufacturing Capital of the World!

Well, according to the UK's classiest free newspaper Metro. And in the name of quality journalism, they decided an interview with one of the workers was in order.

"Sometimes it’s a bit eerie having all these body parts lying around, a bit like a giant morgue," said 40-year-old Shu Mai. "Of course I know they aren’t real. I assume the men who buy them know that too, although on our online sales we do give them names and the men request the doll by name."

Which is nice.

"I think one of the reasons we have become so successful is the quality of the dolls we produce," Shu goes on to reflect. "They look good, are easily inflatable and don’t deflate too quickly. Our customers like that."

We bet they do...
