It’s about to get a little chilly in the Pearl River Delta, as a cold front from the Mongolian Plateau moves toward South China, according to GDToday

Starting Wednesday, temperatures in Guangzhou will drop to a high of 27 degrees Celsius, and fall to 25 degrees on Thursday, the Weather Channel reports. At night, the temperature is expected to dip down to 20 degrees on Wednesday and 21 degrees on Thursday.

According to AccuWeather, the chill is expected to continue until the end of next week. Guangzhouers can also expect light rain tonight and early next week, bringing increased humidity, with levels varying between 66 and 69 percent.

Folks in Shenzhen can expect cloudy weather with temperatures expected to dip ever so slightly. According to AccuWeather, Shenzhen residents can expect light rain on Wednesday and Thursday of this week, ending just in time to enjoy a sunny weekend. Temperatures will hit a low of 25 degrees Celsius next Wednesday.

If you’re out and about, don’t forget to bring an umbrella or a jacket. Those showers might just sneak up on you.
