The People's Liberation Army (PLA) celebrates its 90th anniversary on Tuesday. To commemorate the annivesary, a massive military parade was held at the Zhurihe training base in Inner Mongolia on July 30, with President Xi Jinping delivering a speech as he inspected the troops.
