WATCH: Scooter Driver Loses It after Getting Pulled Over in China

A video of a scooter driver bringing a one-man rave to a traffic stop in China is making the rounds on WeChat this weekend.

The video, allegedly captured in Haikou, Hainan, shows a crew of around five policemen stoppping a man at a traffic stop. After they ask him to get off the electric bike (which he refuses to do), they try and restrain him. That's when things get crazy, and the man starts jumping up and down a few times before breaking into a bizarre dance in the middle of the street.
