Look out your window.

If you’re in a major Chinese city, chances are the sidewalk is a rainbow of shared-bike corpses.

Less popular – but totally a thing – are app-based shared cars. What could go wrong?

Well, this:

Yesterday afternoon traffic police in Shenzhen’s Luohu district stopped a ‘new energy shared vehicle,’ according to Tencent News.

The images posted on Weibo by the Shenzhen Traffic Police simply offered ‘Look, what’s going on here?’

No word on whether or not the driver was dragged from the car as other drivers chanted 'Shame, shame, shame.'

Let’s just hope the day never comes when these vehicles are piled three across your favorite smoke spot.
