Good news panda lovers: Guangzhou’s twin panda cubs are healthy and in good shape.

The boy cubs, born on October 9 at Chimelong Safari Park in Panyu, both weigh over 4 kilograms, according to ecns.cn.

The mother of the young pandas, giant panda Meiqing, has previously gave birth to a male and female panda in 2010 and 2013, respectively.

Meiqing was moved to Guangzhou from Wolong National Nature Reserve, Sichuan province, in 2012.

In addition to twin baby pandas, 2016 also saw Chimelong Safari Park celebrate the world’s “only surviving” panda triplets’ second birthday back in July. Basically, it has been a year of panda-monium in Guangzhou.
