Terrifying surveillance footage showing a toddler driving his toy car through traffic on a busy road in China has recently made the rounds online.
In the video, the child can be seen driving the small plastic car alongside a road during rush hour in Lishui, Zhejiang province.
According to police, the child was spotted by a traffic police officer and sent back home to his parents.

According to China Daily, over 10,000 children die each year from injuries sustained during road accidents. More than one-third of the victims are pedestrians.
