Ah, hot pot. The one meal where the customers do all the cooking, and where it's okay for you to be served raw ingredients. The hands-on dining experience is a must for foodies in China.

Hot Pot chains like Haidilao have gone one step further in making the meal an entertaining spectacle for diners by making the "Kung Fu Noodle Dance" a special item on the menu — an absolute must for impressing visitors.

One madly skilled server recently made waves on Chinese video platforms for his incredible moves with the noodles to the beat of "Little Apple" (because of course). We're not sure where this video came from, but it's impressive nonetheless.
